Getting Started
Welcome to SHOPUBLISH! Our platform provides a comprehensive suite to publish content, manage digital or physical products, build an engaging storefront, and connect with your audience.
First Steps
To get your store off the ground quickly:
- Set up your Store Configuration to establish your brand name and currency.
- Add your first few Products to your catalog.
- Use the Store Builder to design a beautiful storefront layout.
Managing Products
Your product catalog is the core of your store. Navigate to Products to add, edit, and organize your offerings.
- Adding Products: Click "Add Product" to define the title, description, price, stock, and upload images.
- Product Status: Toggle products between Active (visible to customers), Draft (hidden while editing), or Archived.
Bulk Editing
For large stores, editing products one by one is tedious. Use the Bulk Edit tool (accessible from the Products page) to rapidly update properties across your entire catalog in a spreadsheet-like interface.
- Update Prices and Stock Quantities instantly.
- Change Status or SKUs.
- Click Save All Changes to apply your edits simultaneously.
Orders
View and manage customer purchases in the Orders section. You can track order statuses (Pending, Paid, Shipped, Delivered), view shipping addresses, and process refunds if necessary.
Categories & Promotions
Organize your products into Categories to help customers navigate your store easily.
Use Promotions to create discount codes (e.g., 20% off, Free Shipping). You can set usage limits, expiration dates, and apply them to specific categories or products. Track promotion performance via the metrics displayed on each promotion card.
Media: Files & Assets
The Media screen is your central repository for uploaded files and store assets such as PDFs, EPUBs, images, videos, and downloadable product media.
- Upload files securely to your cloud storage.
- Retrieve public links to embed assets in your store or emails.
- Manage permissions for downloadable products.
Audience: Members
Manage your customer base and subscribers in the Members tab.
- View member details, purchase history, and subscription status.
- Manually invite users or revoke access.
- Segment your audience for targeted marketing.
Inquiries
Customer support messages sent through your store's contact form will appear here. You can read, reply to, and archive inquiries to maintain a clean support queue.
Marketing Notifications
Engage your audience using the Notifications tab (under Audience). This tool allows you to send push notifications or in-app messages to your registered members regarding sales, new products, or important updates.
Email Templates
Customize the automated emails sent by SHOPUBLISH. You can edit the HTML and text for:

- Shipping Updates
- Welcome Emails
- Password Resets
Store Configuration
Under the Store menu, the primary configuration tab allows you to set your store's name, description, contact email, and default currency. This is also where you manage global tax settings and delivery zones.
Design & Builder
Customize the look and feel of your storefront.
- Design: Choose your global theme, typography, brand colors, and logo.
- Builder: A powerful drag-and-drop interface to construct your homepage layout. Add hero banners, product carousels, feature grids, and footer links.
Integrations
Connect your store with third-party services. Supported integrations include:
- Payment Gateways: Stripe, PayPal.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel.
- Marketing: Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
Admin Inbox
The Admin Inbox is your personal command center. It collects critical system notifications, alerts about low stock, new large orders, or billing issues. Check this regularly to stay on top of your store's health.
Settings & API
Manage your core account preferences, change your password, and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for security.

Billing & Plans
Review your current subscription plan, update your payment method, and download invoices in the Billing tab.
